Joanne Rybolowitz is an experienced paralegal and office manager. She holds a Masters degree in Politics from the University of Szczecin (Poland) and has studied Advanced French language at Avignon University (France). She has also studied post-Masters Journalism and Politics at the University of Warsaw. Ms. Rybolowitz is fluent in Polish, German, French, Russian and English. In the past, she has served as Assistant to the Minister-Counselor at the Polish Embassy in Washington DC, as a Director of the International Military Education and Training Program at the US Embassy in Warsaw, Poland, and as an instructor at NATO HQ Airnorth in Ramstein, Germany. She has also served as a Counselor and Legal Specialist at the Polish Embassy in Washington, DC.
