Beth Oliak is one of the most experienced litigators today who focus on contract and intellectual property matters, although her litigation practice is not limited to intellectual property. She has tried hundreds of cases to verdict both here and in Australia, where she is a certified Barrister, on a wide range of contractual, corporate and regulatory disputes. She practices in both the United States and Australia. She began her career at Morgan & Finnegan in their New York City office, handling patent litigation for some of the largest corporations in the world. She received her BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University, and her law degree from Washington University of St. Louis. She is admitted to the bars of New York and California, as well as the United States Patent Bar.
